It is helpful to the practitioners to have an idea how many to prepare for, so please continue to use the sign-up sheet for the 30 minute sessions on Sunday, and call Julie Alexander for an appointment on Wednesday afternoon:  704-455-9753, or 704-579-0781.

We may do mini HT sessions at the Farmer's Market when it starts back up this month. Healing Touch is open to the public, so please invite your friends and neighbors to try it!

  • rocky river readers

    Monday, june 24

    7:00 pm, church parlor

The Prayer Box by Lisa Wingate.   When Lola Anne Poole, an old-timer

on Hatteras Island, passes away, the  struggling young mother in her rental

cottage, Tandi Jo Reese, finds  herself charged with the task of cleaning out

Lola’s rambling Victorian house.   Tandi never expects to find more than a

temporary hiding place within Lola’s walls, but  everything changes with the discovery of eightyone carefully decorated prayer boxes, one for each year, spanning from Lola’s youth to her last days. Hidden in the boxes is the story of a lifetime, one final lesson that could change everything for Tandi.
